LumiCliX terms of service:
1. USER ACCOUNT
1.1. Account is not transferable.
1.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
1.3. You can have only one account per household. Multiple accounts per hasehold will be terminated all of them.
1.4. Your email addresses will not be shown or sold under any circumstances.
1.5. Users using false information, including full name, when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
1.6. Inactive accounts are removed after 14 days. Account termination is irreversible and all balances will be forfeited.
1.7. Since your password is to be kept secret, we do not have access to view your password. If you forget your password you will be sent an automatically generated password. In the event of someone hacking your account, we hold no responsibility. Keep your information secure.
1.8. You must speak and understand English in order to use our services. You must use English when advertising or communicating on our site.
1.9. If any of your actions cause material damage or harm reputation of LumiCliX we have right to suspend your account permanently.
2.1. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
2.2. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.3. You can only rent referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership. Having more referrals than the allowed amount will result in the deactivation of the earnings from all referrals.
2.4. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly.
2.5. The amount of referrals is limited based on the referrer's membership. The users can see the limit in the referrals listing page.
2.6. You will receive money your referral click on standard or extended ads.
3. FORUM, CHAT AND GENERAL USERS BEHAVIOR
3.1. You have access to reading and posting in the forum
3.2. We do not tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments from our members. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate any rude attitudes, insults, meaningless inflammatory posts towards either our members or LumiCliX staff.
3.3. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. Spamming the Forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links or any other links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.
4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
4.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
4.2. You can't use anything that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you, including, but not limited to any software, plugin, script or autoclicker.
4.3. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.
5. PAYMENT TO USERS
5.1. All payments will be made via Perfect Money and Payeer
5.2. The minimum amount paid is $1.00
5.3. Payments will be processed manually, wait time is 2 to 30 days.
5.4.You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you`ve used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount.The Maximum amount you can request to the other Payment processor is equal to the value of the purchases you`ve made through them individually. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.
5.5 Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum (is required) is a must before requesting your next cashout. (Image or copy of e-mail from your payment processor)
5.6. In your personal settings must be enrolled your full name. Only then can request a withdrawal your money.
5.7. For security reason LumiCliX reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from members.
5.8.The correctness of your data is your responsibility (full name, crypto currency address, payment processors etc). If your data is not correctly , you will lose money.
5.9. After receiving the payment, you are required to post proof of payment if you do not, you will be permanently suspended.
6. PAYMENTS TO LUMICLIX
6.1. Payments made to LumiCliX do not need to be made from a verified payment processor account.
6.2. All payments are non-refundable.
7. REFUND POLICY
7.1. All purchased items are non-refundable.
8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
8.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
8.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
9.1. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
9.2. LumiCliX reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time.
